Begin Searching For Homes

Submit Your Offer

Once we find the right home, we will collaborate on a competitive offer. 

Mutual

Go Under Contract

When the seller accepts your offer, you will be mutual and we will start working to meet contingencies. This is also the point where Earnest Money will be due.

Due Diligence

After Mutual Acceptance, inspections are performed and the appraisal will be scheduled, if necessary, to get you to the next step.

Closing

Closing on the Sale

You will schedule with escrow to sign closing documents. Once everything has been signed and the loan has been funded, the sale will be released to record with the county.

Congratulations, you have officially closed on your new home! Make sure to notify important contacts, utilities, etc., of your move.
